Our coaches understand your behaviour & personality with the help of the TFC Questionnaire. We use advanced motivation and behaviour change techniques to maximise long-term results, that last a lifetime. Our core focus is on not only helping you achieve results but also making sure you maintain the results effortlessly.

We monitor progress on our progress tracker, which will be filled in by you each week. This will include, body measurements, weight, pictures, hunger levels, sleep quality, adherence % on the plan, etc.

We work with a diverse set of populations, who have completely different diet histories and preferences. We take into account where you come from, your preferences, likes and dislikes, which helps us understand the food that needs to be included to maximise results, while keeping it simple. We don’t take away your favorite food you grew up eating.

No, it is not mandatory to go to the gym. Our coaches will discuss with you the possibilities of working out at home and design a result-oriented workout plan that works just as good! What all will I get?
Upon enrolling with a coach, you will get a highly customised diet plan, workout chart personalised to your starting strength and equipment availability, progress tracker with qualitative and quantitative measurements, food alternatives, recipes, workout videos, form and technique correction over whatsapp and basically whatever it takes to ensure your success.

Your diet and workout plan will keep changing based on your weekly progress if needed after your coach discusses it with you. Additionally, it might be subject to change based on your preferences, likes, and dislikes.

You should ideally target 1% of your current body weight per week, for sustainable weight loss. However, this might go up or down depending on age, metabolic rate, lifestyle disease, previous attempts at diets, etc. This is highly individualistic.

No, we won’t make you workout over video. Your coach will design a highly customised workout chart with exact exercises names, YouTube links attached, and also how much to do, which is according to your starting strength levels.
We believe in building habits over time and transferring the basic knowledge required to keep progressing.

We work with a diverse set of populations, who have a completely different workout history, injuries, and preferences. We take into account your equipment availability, workout preference, likes and dislikes, and build plans ground-up to maximise results. These might be mobility drills, yoga, strength training, home or gym workouts.
