Founded in 2020 by Shrey Khanna to address the fundamental gaps that exist in the fitness industry. 
Before starting The Fit Chase, Shrey worked as an online fitness coach for over 4 years

as a side hustle, while pursuing his MBA.

Today, we are collectively a team of highly qualified coaches who understand how important your goals are, and we prioritize helping you chase them, making the process sustainable.

Applying the latest coaching methods, we closely work with our clients to understand their diverse goals and then come up with practical recommendations. Having worked with professional athletes, the general population, and clients suffering from lifestyle diseases, we understand each client’s individual needs.
