Her stay in Canada was an eye opener as she realised she was becoming prey to an unhealthy lifestyle. Soon she learned the art of fetching the most out of limited resources and accomodated fitness in her on-the-go schedule. She mastered the art of making periodized home-workouts enjoyable in a busy schedule and practicing the art of yoga for mental wellbeing.
