How It Works

Enroll with a coach by choosing the duration of your package.
Step 1
On-boarding Video Call
Your coach will reach out to you to schedule your first video/audio call. Coach will discuss your goal & expectations in-depth, understand your lifestyle, dieting pattern, workout history, etc.
Step 2
Get your Personalised Plan
Your customized workout & diet plan will be prepared based on the initial discussion. Diet would be realistic, easy to follow & made sure it's in line with your likes & dislikes. Workout for each day would be designed keeping in mind the availability of equipment, your starting point & busy schedule.
Step 3
Ongoing Support
We understand you may have multiple questions while starting up, hence, your coach will make sure all your doubts are solved as they come mid-week. Additionally while explaining the plan to you, your coach will make sure you also learn 'why' you are doing what you are doing.
Step 4
Weekly Check-ins
You will be required to input changes in body composition on the 'Progress Tracker' & fill out your workout numbers for each training session. Your coach will schedule a video/audio call to understand what dietary alterations your plan would need, give feedback on workout numbers for each training session, both on a week-to-week basis Also, your smallest of the issues will be solved, making sure the plan is interesting!
